Really excellent service. I booked via phone and my partner was at home when he came around. She said he was very friendly and professional, did a great job, and it was as quoted!I called and decided against so many locksmiths because they wouldn't give transparent, upfront pricing. Human Lock gave me that when I called (spoke to a nice lady whose name I can't remember) and they also called me a bit later to let me know there might be some small additional costs depending on whether we had a particular kind of lock. Turns out we didn't so the original quote was spot on, but it was so refreshing to have such an easy experience after speaking to so many dodgy people who made me feel like they were out to scam me.Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend Human Key Locksmiths highly enough.They were fast, professional, polite, smart, clean and helpful in repair of a broken lock, replacing other locks and recoding a mechanical lock. Their first instinct was to diagnose and repair rather than replace and upsell. All up it cost less than half what I thought it might cost.Best of all they were great with my dogs who were inquisitively reviewing every step of the process.Don’t even think about trying anyone else.

My property manager arranged for my deadlock to be looked at and changed after I contacted her regarding the deadlock has stopped working.It turned out the pin in the hinge had come loose and the door had dropped. My property manager decided to replace the deadlock anyway. Nick did an excellent job of replacing the lock and making both locks on the door accessible with one key!When I rang the after hours technician, Peter in a panic because I couldn't open my door later that evening. Peter was very lovely and very professional, not laughing when I told him, sorry I was trying to open the door with the wrong key! It also allows you to lodge photos of your problem.Every now and then you come across a company that impresses you with their friendliness, honesty, integrity and just good old fashioned courtesy. Human Key is one of these.A small problem with one of the locks on an old exterior security door was fixed on a second visit a couple of hours later. We locked ourselves out of our house when literally taking a lunch walk around the block. Called these guys.1) Amazing response time, approx. 20 minutes from first contact.2) The dude who rocked up, very friendly, personable and literally talked me through his process while he broke into my house3) made me feel a bit secure, cause it took him more than a few minutes to get in!4) Price was very reasonable. It does not get any better than the Human Key, there is no job to big or small, from whole apartment complexes to a single garage door lock he is your man. Also great on price! Fast and easy to deal with, you'd be silly to go to anyone else.
