I can’t shout this enough - Angelique, Nick and Tristan are a good send. My property manager arranged for my deadlock to be looked at and changed after I contacted her regarding the deadlock has stopped working.It turned out the pin in the hinge had come loose and the door had dropped. My property manager decided to replace the deadlock anyway. Nick did an excellent job of replacing the lock and making both locks on the door accessible with one key!When I rang the after hours technician, Peter in a panic because I couldn't open my door later that evening. Peter was very lovely and very professional, not laughing when I told him, sorry I was trying to open the door with the wrong key! I'm sure the guys may have had a chuckle later and that's ok, I was most definitely having a ditzy moment!I would highly recommend the team from Human Key! Excellent service!

I have used Human Key Locksmiths a few times before and have been really happy with their service. I used them again recently in an emergency situation after my toddler locked himself in the bathroom. Peter provided me with advice on how to best secure my property with window locks demonstrating locks beforehand provided an updated quote before proceeding with the job. Fantastic ... Michael was prompt and provided very good communication and explanation as to what would meet my requirements. The cost was competitive. He attended and changed over entry door locks. Amazing service! Called in today and Michael was able to rekey and even replace locks for entire home within the same day after my schedule was a little hard to book in any other time. Human Key locksmiths were friendly and knowledgeable from my very first enquiry. I contacted them to find out about whether they could fit a lock to our side gate and another door. I didn't really know what I needed and they were really helpful in giving advice about what would work best and were able to quickly book in the job. A big thank you to Nick for changing the locks on my son’s new residence. Neat & tidy and quick and reasonably priced.The integrated mobile and email system that Human Key use to keep you informed of progress is great customer service. It also allows you to lodge photos of your problem.Every now and then you come across a company that impresses you with their friendliness, honesty, integrity and just good old fashioned courtesy. Human Key is one of these.A small problem with one of the locks on an old exterior security door was fixed on a second visit a couple of hours later. You can’t ask for more than that.Highly recommended.

Needed a locksmith for a non-urgent lock replacement, called Nick at Human Key and despite not being urgent he came out the next morning. The communication was excellent with Nick calling or texting with all information/updates. Provided a 15 minute arrival window and stuck to it! I forgot to review these guys the other week when I needed them, lucky there fancy vans remind me when I see them out and about. We locked ourselves out of our house when literally taking a lunch walk around the block. Called these guys.1) Amazing response time, approx. 20 minutes from first contact.2) The dude who rocked up, very friendly, personable and literally talked me through his process while he broke into my house3) made me feel a bit secure, cause it took him more than a few minutes to get in!4) Price was very reasonable. Expected hundreds of bucks. It wasn't.I hope to never use them again, but if I need too, I'll be calling these guys.
