My property manager arranged for my deadlock to be looked at and changed after I contacted her regarding the deadlock has stopped working.It turned out the pin in the hinge had come loose and the door had dropped. My property manager decided to replace the deadlock anyway. Nick did an excellent job of replacing the lock and making both locks on the door accessible with one key!When I rang the after hours technician, Peter in a panic because I couldn't open my door later that evening. Peter was very lovely and very professional, not laughing when I told him, sorry I was trying to open the door with the wrong key! I'm sure the guys may have had a chuckle later and that's ok, I was most definitely having a ditzy moment!I would highly recommend the team from Human Key! Excellent service!

Called these guys.1) Amazing response time, approx. 20 minutes from first contact.2) The dude who rocked up, very friendly, personable and literally talked me through his process while he broke into my house3) made me feel a bit secure, cause it took him more than a few minutes to get in!4) Price was very reasonable.
